A week after Apple’s spring launch, Apple began emphasizing the latest Apple iOS 14.5 / iPadOS 14.5 official version, version number 18E199, in line with last week’s iOS 14.5 RC preview.
Apple says that iOS 14.5 when releases includes the option to unlock your iPhone with the Apple Watch while wearing a mask. New support for AirTag, support for choosing different skin tones for couple emojis, and app tracking transparency controls you. - Sound can be played through AirTag’s built-in speakers for positioning
- The Find network can help you find AirTag with hundreds of millions of devices, even if it’s not nearby
- Lost Mode lets you know when AirTag is found, and you can enter a contact phone number
Emoji
- Supports individual skin tone selection for everyone in all kissing couple emojis and love couple emojis
- New facial emojis, love emojis, and female emojis with long beards
Siri
- When wearing AirPods or compatible Beats headsets, you can use Siri to announce callers and callers, and you can answer them without having to do it

- Time of arrival (ETA) can be shared not only while driving, but also by bike or on foot: let Siri share it for you, or tap the route card at the bottom of the screen and tap Share Arrival Time

- Reminders can be sorted by Title, Priority, Due Date, or Creation Date

- Press and hold the play button to adjust the playback speed of the translation

- Xbox Series X|S wireless controller or Sony PS5 DualSense wireless controller is supported
CarPlay car
- When driving, you can easily share arrival times in Apple Maps using the new Siri or keyboard in your CarPlay car
This update also fixes the following issues:
- In some cases, the information at the bottom of the conversation may be obscured by the keyboard
- Deleted information may still appear in the Focus search
- Messages may not be able to send text from some conversations at all time
- Some users can’t load new e-mail messages in Mail until they restart the device
- The Call Blocking and Identification section may not appear in the Phone settings
- The iCloud tab may not appear in the Safari browser
- The iCloud keychain may not be turned off
- Reminders created with Siri may be accidentally set to the early morning session
- The Battery Health Reporting System will recalibrate the maximum and peak performance capacity of the iPhone 11 model to address inaccurate battery health reporting estimates encountered by some users (https://support.apple.com/HT212247)
- Optimised to reduce the low light that may occur when a low brightness black background is displayed on an iPhone 12 model
- AirPods’ Auto Switch sends audio to the wrong device
