After ASRock released the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card on August 1, ASRock launched a single-fan version of this graphics card, according to Gadget Pixels News Videocardz. Which belongs to the Challenger series and is suitable for ITX hosts. AMD’s public version of the RX 6600 XT also uses a single fan design. This method can meet the heat dissipation requirements.
The AMD RX 6600 XT graphics card has a 2048 stream processor, 8GB of GDDR6 video memory, and a bit width of 128 bits. This ASRock product has the same specifications as the public version, without pre-overclocking. The playing frequency can reach 2359MHz. The acceleration frequency is 2589 MHz, and the TDP is 160W.

This ASRock graphics card has an all-metal backplane and uses 3 heat pipes for heat dissipation. The graphics card baffle has a standard height. Provides two HDMI ports and two DisplayPort ports, and uses an 8-pin power supply port.
Since the current AMD RX 6600 XT graphics card has not been removed. The retail price of the graphics card has not yet been announced. Although the official price is RMB 2,999. Foreign media expect the actual price to be much higher.

How fast is the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT in games?
AMD calls the RX 6600 XT a “1080p beast”. Because it claims this card will more than match Nvidia’s RTX 3060 12GB at 1080p. The Red Team is confident it has beaten Nvidia with the Radeon RX 6600 XT.
While I’ll wait to make up our mind once we’ve had a chance to test it ourselves, AMD has released the following graph showing the frames per second between the two in some of today’s top games.
I’ll say it again, it’s still early days for performance figures. But it looks like the RX 6600 XT is holding the lead in some major games such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Battlefield 5, though Horizon Zero lost at Dawn.
One thing to note: AMD enabled Smart Access Memory (SAM) on the RX 6600 XT and bar resizing on the RTX 3060 for these performance tests. Which AMD likes to point out isn’t quite comparable—SAM is reportedly better optimized. Yet there is another reason. That I would be a little hesitant to rely on this graph alone.
Still, all due considerations taken, this is the best indicator of the Radeon RX 6600 XT’s gaming performance. which we just got. And one thing’s for sure: the midrange GPU market is about to heat up with the arrival of the RX 6600 XT. That can only be a good thing. When graphics cards are more expensive than ever—we can actually do just that with some of the more affordable GPUs right now. like right now.
At least August is around the corner. At which point you might find yourself trying and holding a Radeon RX 6600 XT in the midst of an early stock squabble.
