Apple iPhone SE 3 may launch by March next year

On December 24, according to Digitimes, it is reported. That Apple will launch the next generation iPhone (or Apple iPhone SE 3) in the first half of 2022. It is expected to release in March-April. Multiple generations of SE are compatible and come equipped with the latest A15 chip and 5G functions. So the pressure on the non-Apple camp has mounted.

Some market research agencies also reported that Apple’s pricing for the iPhone SE3 is less than US$400 (approximately Rs. 30,015). Which is a further downward adjustment compared to the previous generation SE2.

DigiTimes previously reported that orders for the new iPhone 13 series have not dropped, and several component suppliers in Apple’s supply chain are preparing for shipments of the third-generation iPhone SE. Which is expected to be launched in the first half of 2022.

Analysts at JPMorgan Chase Bank in the United States said this new iPhone SE 5G phone is expected to win over around 1.4 billion low-end Android phone users worldwide as well as around 300 million older Apple users. For the 5G version of the iPhone SE, the initial price range could be between $269 (approximately Rs. 20,187) and $399, making it very competitive.

Significantly, DSCC analyst Ross Young said that the upcoming iPhone SE Plus will use the same 4.7-inch LCD display as the current version of the iPhone SE 2. The iPhone SE 2 uses the same display size as the previous iPhone 8. In other words, Apple still insists on using the 4.7-inch screen size.

Recently, there have been rumors in the supply chain that Apple is going to conduct trial production of the iPhone SE3 in the near future. The new Apple iPhone SE 3 is equipped with a 4.7-inch Retina HD LCD display and a physical fingerprint home button. The rear of the iPhone still sports a 12-megapixel single-camera design, and only the sensor will be changed to improve the photo effect.

In early 2019, Guo Mingqi predicted that Apple was developing an “iPhone SE 2 Plus”. Which will be released in 2021, but no such device appeared. Guo Mingqi later withdrew these claims, and all his latest iPhone SE new generation information has indicated. That the next generation variant will have the same screen size as the current model.

Guo Mingqi also claimed that the upcoming iPhone SE will support 5G. Hence the name “Plus” may refer to the faster cellular connection rather than the larger screen.

Which has a 4.7-inch display, Touch ID home screen button, and a thick frame. Guo Mingqi said that major upgrades to the device will include 5G support and faster processors.
